Sarova Salt Lick Game Lodge is set within the exclusive Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, bordering Tsavo East National Park. Designed as one of the world’s most photographed safari lodges, it offers a stunning architectural layout of circular elevated bandas on stilts, each overlooking a busy waterhole frequently visited by wildlife.

The lodge comprises 96 en-suite rooms, arranged in paired circular structures and connected by raised walkways. Many rooms face the floodlit waterhole, allowing guests to watch elephants, buffalo, giraffes, and diverse birdlife from the comfort of their verandas or the elevated restaurant and lounge.

Dining takes place at the main Bura Restaurant, which serves Pan-African, European, Asian, and grill cuisine—often prepared live at stations.
